Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can issue a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provision against claims of copyright infringement. To submit an infringement claim, you must provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Details of the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement asserting unauthorized use of material;
- An affirmation of the accuracy of the information provided.
Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC allows for penalties against those who provide false information in an infringement claim.
Send takedown notices via our Contact page for quick processing.
Note that we may share the information in a copyright claim with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice for alleged copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. Your notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the removed material;
- A statement that the material was taken down by mistake;
- Your contact information and consent for court jurisdiction.
Submit counter notices via our Contact page. Email communication is preferred.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers and will terminate accounts of violators.
